A Boil Water Advisory issued on January 26, 2026 N/C #20260354 for the following area(s): Beginning at 1620 Blacklog Road (Jude’s Produce) continuing to 3256 Blacklog Road (40 East Booster Pump Station). This also includes Coldwater Road, Little Blacklog Road, all hollows, side roads and subdivisions in the affected area. This is located in Martin County, KY. This Advisory has been released as of January 28, 2026; time of release was 11:10 am. The above advisory has been lifted by Ashton Johnson with the Division of Water.

A Boil Water Advisory is in effect beginning at 1620 Blacklog Rd. (Jude’s Produce) continuing to 3256 Blacklog Rd. (40 East Booster Pump Station) this includes Coldwater Rd, Little Blacklog Rd. and all hollows, side roads, and subdivisions in the affected area.
This Advisory has been issued due to the following reason: Break in 8” main line, this will affect approximately 360 customers.
Following such an event the potential exists for bacteriological contamination of the water supply: therefore, this boil water advisory has been issued as a precautionary measure. Until further notice boils all water used for drinking and cooking, bringing the water to a rolling boil for (3) minutes before use.
This advisory will remain in effect until test results have shown the water to be of an acceptable quality.

Attention Customers:
Staff will be working in the Blacklog Area, beginning at 1612 E Main Street and continuing to Buck Creek Tank. This will also include Little Blacklog and Coldwater Road. Customers in this area may experience low pressure or outages. This will include any hollows and sub-hollows in this area.
