A Boil water Advisory is in effect for the following customers: Beginning at 9455 Yellow Creek Rd to End of the Line at Blankenship Hollow, and all roads and side roads between the listed areas.
This Advisory has been issued due to the following reasons: Main Line Break, this will affect approximately 26 customers
Following such an event the potential exists for bacteriological contamination of the water supply: therefore, this boil water advisory has been issued as a precautionary measure. Until further notice Boil all water used for drinking and cooking, bringing the water to a rolling boil for (3) minutes before using.
This advisory will remain in effect until the situation has been corrected, and the test results have shown the water to be of an acceptable quality.

Staff will be repairing a leak in the Yellow Creek area. Customers beginning at 9455 Yellow Creek Road continuing to the end of Blankenship Hollow may experience low pressure and outages. This will include all hollows and sub hollows in this area.
If customers outside of these areas experience outages or loss of pressure, please contact the office at (606) 298-3885 or use the ‘Contact Us’ tab on our website at mcub.org.
