Attention Customers:
Staff will be leak detecting beginning at The Little Country Market, (4104 Rockcastle Rd), and continuing to 3880 Buffalo Horn Rd. Customers in this area may experience low pressure or outages. This will include any hollows and sub-hollows in these areas.
If customers outside of this area experience outages or loss of pressure, please contact the office at (606) 298-3885 or use the ‘Contact Us’ tab on our website at mcub.org.
We appreciate your patience as we continue our efforts and ask that you use caution while traveling near our utility workers.

Notice of Martin County Sanitation Tariff Revision
Martin County Sanitation District hereby gives notice that the Martin County Sanitation District Tariff has been revised. The changes will be effective on January 1, 2026.
An electronic copy of the Martin County Sanitation Tariff can be found by visiting mcub.org and navigating to our website at: mcub.myruralwater.com, then select Forms & Reports, MCSD Ordinance, MCS Revised Tariff. A hard copy will also be available at the billing office located at 387 E Main Street, Suite 140 in Inez, Kentucky.
