Staff will be repairing a 3” main line leak at 64 Sallee Road. Customers beginning at 5358 Buffalo Horn Road continuing to 3801 Buffalo Horn Road may experience low pressure and outages.  This will include all hollows and sub hollows in this area.

If customers outside of these areas experience outages or loss of pressure, please contact the office at (606) 298-3885 or use the ‘Contact Us’ tab on our website at mcub.org.

Boil Water Advisory

A Boil Water Advisory is in effect beginning at 10 Kennedy Dr.to water treatment plant at 14 flat hollow continuing to 1537 turkey road

This Advisory has been issued due to the following reason: Break 4” main line, this will affect approximately 25 customers.

Following such an event the potential exists for bacteriological contamination of the water supply: therefore, this boil water advisory has been issued as a precautionary measure. Until further notice boils all water used for drinking and cooking, bringing the water to a rolling boil for (3) minutes before use.

This advisory will remain in effect until test results have shown the water to be of an acceptable quality.

Staff will be repairing a main line leak in the Turkey area.  This will affect customers beginning at 10 Kennedy Drive and continuing to 14 Flat Hollow, then 14 Flat Hollow continuing to 1537 Turkey Creek, as well as Reservoir Road. Customers may experience low pressure and outages.  This will include all hollows and sub hollows in these areas.
