Boil Water Advisory

A Boil water Advisory is in effect for the following customers:1416 Tomahawk Road continuing through to Johnson County Line and All of North and South Milo Road to the Milo Bridge. This will include all hollows and sub hollows located between these addresses.
This Advisory has been issued due to the following reasons: Replacing Zone Meter and Insertion of Valve. This will affect approximately 300 customers.
Following such an event the potential exists for bacteriological contamination of the water supply: therefore, this boil water advisory has been issued as a precautionary measure. Until further notice. Boil all water used for drinking and cooking, bringing the water to a rolling boil for (3) minutes before using.

Attention Customers:
Staff will be replacing Marcus Wells zone meter, at 1416 Tomahawk Road, beginning today Tuesday, September 29th at 10:00am. Customers beginning at 1416 Tomahawk Road continuing to 8014 Tomahawk Road, including all of Rockhouse and Milo to the Little Country Market, at 4098 Rockcastle Road, then continuing to KG Estates, all of Marcumtown and Buffalo Horn through to 3801 Buffalo Horn Road to the pump station may experience low pressure and outages.
Once replaced, staff will be flushing lines in affected areas, and there will be a Boil Water to follow the completion of the work.
