A Boil Water Advisory is in effect for the following customers: Beginning at 115 Blackburn Trailer Park continuing to the Davella Pump Station. This location is in Martin County Kentucky.
This Advisory has been issued due to the following reason: Repair of a 6” main line. This affects approximately 90 customers.
Following such an event, the potential exists for bacteriological contamination of the water supply; therefore, this boil water advisory has been issued as a precautionary measure. Until further notice, boil all water used for drinking and cooking, bringing the water to a rolling boil for three (3) minutes before using.
This advisory will remain in effect until the situation has been corrected, and test results have shown the water to be of an acceptable quality.

Attention Customers:
Staff will be performing a main line repair in the New Route 3 area beginning at 10:00am today, Monday, October 5th. Customers beginning at 115 Blackburn Trailer Park to the Davella Pump Station across from Zip Zone, 4547 New Route 3, may experience low pressure and outages.
After repairs have been made, staff will be flushing lines in all affected area as well as there will be a Boil Water Advisory to follow.
